We saw a clear pattern among early-stage businesses and freelancers:

Instead, it is focused on one important business job: helping small businesses invoice properly without unnecessary complexity. That focus is deliberate.
Why South Africa first

What we are validating now
Right now, the focus is not on building endless features. It's on validating the simplest version of the product that users actually want. We are currently validating:

- Conversion from free users to paid users
- Whether fast invoicing is a strong enough wedge on its own
- Which small add-on modules, if any, users truly want next
We would rather build a product people love than a product that tries to do everything.
